STEP 1

Request a Booking

Since "Tsumugi" experiences take place within the artisans' daily work schedules, we need to coordinate availability in advance. Please start by submitting a request with your preferred date, time, and group size.

STEP 2

Schedule Coordination

Once we receive your request, we will check the artisans' availability and the workshop schedule. We will then propose possible dates for your experience. Once finalized, we will send you a confirmation.

STEP 3

Experience Day

After confirmation, we’ll share details on what to bring and important guidelines. On the day, please arrive at the meeting point. Feel free to contact us via email or phone if needed.
